A consultation call is a no-pressure, “get-to-know-you” conversation where you can briefly share what brings you to therapy, and I can explain how my approach may support you. My goal is to help you feel a sense of safety and fit before we begin. If we choose to proceed, we will review scheduling options, fees, policies, and next steps.
Both in-person and virtual sessions are available. In-person sessions are offered in downtown Toronto, and online therapy is available to residents across Ontario.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes long, with longer sessions available when appropriate. The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and progress, with weekly or bi-weekly sessions typically recommended at the start and gradually reduced as goals are met. I will work with you to create a flexible plan that fits your schedule, goals, and budget.

All sessions are confidential, with limited exceptions required by law, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse. If you have any questions about confidentiality or its limits, we can discuss them at any time.

Caregiver involvement is always guided by the youth’s comfort and choice. Communication and participation are tailored to each child’s needs, and I provide guidance on how caregivers can best support their child between sessions.
